NASHVILLE, IN

The maiden voyage of The Big Beautiful Bus took us ( Me and Mary Jude) to Nashville, In to see Rick Wakeman ( former keyboardist for the band YES ).  

We stayed at the KOA Kampground about 2 miles from Nashville and rode out scooters in to town.   Very friendly folks all around.

 Nashville is a fun little artist town and is very much like a mini Gatlinburg.   Great little shops and rest

This bus is huge and a bit intimidating to drive, so I figured that the best idea is to start out with some shorter ( under 100 miles ) to get used to the machine.   So far, it has been painless.  Seeing up at the campground only takes minutes and the other travelers generally seem pretty nice.   Mammoth Cave seemed like a good choice for tri

Nestled in the Indiana hillside are two of the most incredible pieces of architecture from the early 1900w.   Fully restored to their former glory, these 2 locations are a monument to the many talented worker that built them.  Definitely worth the trip !
